Model 410-010 Spin-On Oil Filter
Adaptor Kit Limited Warranty
What is Covered. The Bergmen Engineering Spin-On Oil Filter Adaptor,
Model 410-010 is warranted to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship, not including installation, for the life of the product, with
the exceptions stated below.
What is not Covered. This warranty does not cover any problems caused
by improper assembly, abuse, misuse or by any variations to, exclusions or
deviations from, specific instructions or recommendations in the
Installation and Operation Manual for the Model 410-010. Also, consequential
and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
Bergmen Engineering, Inc. will replace any part, at no charge to the
customer, that has been shown to be defective.
